Where is CLC located?
Our main office is located at 211 South Center St., Statesville, NC. We also operate offices out of Hickory, Gastonia, Hendersonville, and Concord. Click here for more information on contacting our Regional Offices.

CLC utilizes a comprehensive approach to ensure that quality services and supports are maintained. This is achieved through a committee structure that involves consumers and employees. Our commitment exceeds to meet regulatory standards--we strive to improve all systems of supports we provide.
What kinds of services does CLC Provide?
We offer both residential and periodic services in each geographical area.
What are Residential Services?
Residential Services provide direct supervision with assistance or training to consumers living in their own home, either independently or with other individuals.
What are Periodic Services?
Periodic Services include habilitative and rehabilitative services for consumers which are provided in the home and/or the community.
How does a person apply for Residential Services?
Applying for Residential Services requires assistance by an Area Program Case Manager. You can contact your local Area Program Mental Health, Developmental Disabilities, and Substance Abuse Services Agency for further information.
How does a person apply for Periodic Services?
Applying for Periodic Services requires assistance by an Area Program Case Manager. You can contact your local Area Program Mental Health, Developmental Disabilities, and Substance Abuse Services Agency for further information.
Will the company develop services or programs to my needs?

How can I get help with the referral process for services?
CLC's Clinical Director coordinates the referral process with Area Programs. You may forward questions on the referral process to Eddy Hughes at eddyhughes@statesville.net. You may also visit our Services page for further details on the referral process.
How do I apply for jobs with CLC?
You may visit or contact our Administrative/Main office to speak with personnel about filling out an application for employment. Click application for employment to print out a copy of a CLC job application.
