Community Living Concepts of North Carolina, Inc. (CLC of NC) is a progressive and dynamic organization providing residential and community-based services for individuals with developmental disabilities and mental health supports. We employ a "people-first" philosophy in the application of treatment solutions and services tailored to meet each individual consumer's support. Our service staff works diligently to work cooperatively and collaboratively with families, stakeholders and other invested parties (therapists, doctors, clinicians, etc.), to provide the most successful and beneficial supports possible. CLC of NC's ultimate goal is to provide effective, timely, and flexible services to the consumers and families.
Quality Assurance and Programmatic Transparency
CLC of NC utilizes a comprehensive and evidence-based practice approach to ensure that optimal services and supports are maintained. Our QA/QI and Human Rights committees are comprised of consumers, guardians, employees, and at-large members in our service communities. This process is geared towards promoting a philosophy of transparencyYmdash;an unbiased means of ensuring program compliance and integrity in all aspects of our organization.
